Made by hand. Meant for yours.

Each piece is thrown by hand, glazed in the studio, and fired one at a time. No two are exactly alike — and that's the whole point.

Where Clay
Meets Craft

Clay Therapy is a small-batch ceramic studio rooted in the belief that beautiful things should be used every single day. Every mug, bowl, ring holder, and serving piece is thrown by hand on the wheel, trimmed, glazed, and fired one at a time.

The glazes are mixed in the studio — the deep cobalt blues, the indigo-to-jade transitions, the crystalline patterns that bloom differently every firing. No formula produces the same result twice, and that's not a flaw. That's handmade work.

These pieces are built for your morning coffee, your dinner table, your bedside. Not for a display case. Use them. That's the whole point. Every piece is food safe and dishwasher safe — built for real daily use, not just to look at.

The Making Process

Every piece follows the same unhurried path — from a raw block of clay to something ready for your table.

01
Raw Clay

Every piece starts as a raw block of stoneware, wedged by hand until it's ready for the wheel.

02
Wheel Thrown

Clay is centered and pulled on the wheel entirely by hand. No molds, no shortcuts.

03
Dried & Trimmed

Each piece dries slowly to leather hard, then gets trimmed and finished at the foot.

04
Kiln Fired

A cone 6 firing at 2,232°F transforms raw clay into something permanent and food safe.

05
Finished Piece

Glazed, inspected, and ready for your table. Every piece is food safe, dishwasher safe, and made to be used every single day.

Made to Be Loved

The ring holder is honestly one of the most beautiful things I own. The glaze looks different in every light. Use it every single day.

Gave the ramen set as a wedding gift. They called it the most thoughtful thing they received. The craftsmanship is just on another level.

My blue mug is the first thing I reach for every morning. The weight, the glaze, the way it fits in your hands — everything is exactly right.
